This is annoying.
Building and sorting the list populated from current assets (instead of grabbing all of possible data type) has been time consuming, but I think the ease of use will be worth it.
I intend to integrate my asset mods into the properties panel, so being able to show and hide it will become more useful later on.
Currently when used with the (Asset) Sprite Changer [http//%28Asset%29+Sprite+Changer] mod, it is then possible to copy/paste thumbnails from new assets to old (thumb-less) ones.
No other practical need for this at the time. Technically could have just as easily put the copy/paste buttons on the info bar too.
