Description
Fixes the ledger background and the alert banners for https://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2860690691&searchtext=4k although the banners have to be teeny tiny to work. Still ironman compatible.
I also maybe fixed an harmony banner not appearing, maybe related to confucianism?

This mod needs to be after the mod it fixes in the mod order.
