Tail Lights for Vanilla Vehicles 1.1

Description
UPDATE 1.1
The intensity and range of both the brake lights and regular tail lights have been decreased. The light type has been changed from "spot" light to "area" light for both.

This mod adds tail lights to every road vehicle in the vanilla game including all DLCs that I own (which is most, more below).

The tail lights work by adding 4 additional light effects to every vehicle. Theres a set for regular tail lights which are more dim and a set for brake lights and standing lights which are brighter and also light further to create these really red highways during a traffic jam. Just like the headlights in the vanilla game the tail lights are only active at night.

Performance
This one is hard to say. I have played with this mod for a few months already and never felt like it was impacting my performance much. But I have also only tested it in medium sized cities. Needless to say if you experience performance degradation it's easy to just unsubscribe from this mod and compare performance. That being said it shouldn't impact performance really as the lights act just like all other vanilla lights (like street lamps, headlights and building lights), it's just that there are potentially more of them on screen. At a certain distance these lights also fade out.

DLC Support
All major DLCs are supported. There are some Content Creator Packs missing that I personally don't own.

I dont know if the following DLCs add road vehicles, but if, these are not included in this mod as I don't own them:
Content Creator Packs:
- Emerging Downtown
- Countryside
- Mountain Village
- Brooklyn & Queens
- Railroads of Japan
- European Suburbia
- High-Tech Buildings

Compatibility
Since this doesn't really even count as a mod (i just added light effects to all cars in asset editor), it also shouldn't really cause any problems with other mods.

I get a warning every time I load my save
If you don't have all DLC vehicles this mod modifies, you might get a warning upon loading a save file because it can't find the missing vehicles. Just ignore that. Unfortunately it's impossible for me to fix as this would mean creating thousands of different versions of this mod for every possible combination of DLC or having to make a seperate mod file for every single DLC.

Required DLC, Mods and Assets
This mod will only work if the Light Prop is also subscribed. Additionally "Harmony" is required for the "Custom Effect Loader" Mod to work which is needed to create the custom red lights. Also "Vehicle Effects" is needed as this mod allows adding additional effects to the vehicles in game.

@Hector0n you will not need the DLC as the night time cycle is already in the BASE game, which means you can play it without needing the DLC

Will this work with workshop vehicles?

The day/night feature was added in a free update that came out at the same time as the After Dark DLC, not in the After Dark DLC.

@janhoyken just realized that many of my vanilla vehicles were disabled. Apologize, it works now.

@SkySam Is your day/night cycle active? And is your save at nighttime? During daylight the tail light effects are turned off.

I already subscribed to all the dependencies and have the DLC, but the tail lights are still like vanilla, not bright red. Anyone know why?
