DangleFruit Fix

Description
You only need that mod if you've experienced crash with exception in DangleFruit.PlaceInRoom.

Previously known as Challenges Fix.

Now only dynamically recreates improper dangle fruits to prevent crashes. You only need this mod if you've experienced such crash, as that issue shouldn't exist in 1.10.2 and I assume caused by some mod or old save.

There are still challenges with blue fruits that I haven't been able to overcome. I haven't been able to pass the second and the fourteenth levels.
