Description
Stellaris version 4.0.* - NOT achievement compatible

This mod adds 4 new species portraits from Mass Effect to the game: Turians, Salarians, Quarians and Asari (as well as Alliance Humans but those already exist in Stellaris). Alongside these, unique Mass Effect name lists exists for these species, as well as their own star system clusters and flag icons, allowing you to make immersive AI empires with them.

I have put these species into their own classes instead of leaving them in the unrealistic MassEffect one:

-Turians: Avians
-Quarians: Avians
-Salarians: Reptilians
-Asari: Humanoids
-Alliance Humans: Humanoids
-Cerberus Humans: Humanoids

This mod is an updated version of the original Mass Effect Species Pack made by Princess Stabbity, and I will try to keep this mod up to date and possibly add new features to it in the future.

This mod only includes portraits + some flags, special system starts and name lists.

does this have the different Mass Effect factions already made or do we need to make them ourselves using this?

I am aware of the issues with this mod. As I said earlier, I will be rewriting a lot of the scripts soon. I just need to figure out 4.0 first. Thank you for your patience, I won't leave this one hanging for long.

Quarian portraits are missing several clothes in empire creation, i am not a coder, far from it. I was able to fix the issue by downloading previous iteration of mass effect species mod by LostInACave https://sp.zhabite.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1172859036 Then copy pasting the GFX folder from this older mod to this current one, and overwrite. Now my Quarians have all their clothing options visible.

I will rewrite a lot of the scripts in this mod at a later date. I mostly just copied over existing files when updating this mod so there are a lot of errors carried over from the previous developer.

While I can't change the artwork itself, I can change the way the scripts make it work. Hopefully I can fix most of the issues users are having at the moment.

Hey so Turian and Asari portraits are cropped, there is a duplicate clothing option for alliance humans, and almost all portraits for salarians are transparent

The Asari get the end of their tentacles cut for all but the first Phenotype. The "hair" option gets bugged if attempted to change for other Phenotypes and doesn't show up. version 4.0.6. (Ruler editor and in-game)
