Description
Does two things:
- Rice can now grow slightly underwater. (A tiny bit more than 1 block deep is the new limit)
- Swamp water can now hydrate tilled soil. (The fact that this isn't the case in vanilla is one of many true starbound moments)

Go to my Revolt Server[rvlt.gg] to yell at me, or just do it in the comments if you don't actually want to use Revolt.

It can't be fully aquatic because they can still drown but it does have a higher limit

This has always been one of my complaints about rice in the game.
Now I can make a fully aquatic plantation on my hyotl ship

Mostly small mods, but ALWAYS useful and sometimes with bugs I didn't know about, like the swamp water thing xD
