World Machine Origin Vanilla Overwrites

I overwrote the vanilla tradition trees so it doesn't feel terrible to select things that boost pop jobs! (among other things). Compatible with Gigastructural Engineering, But probably not a lot else that would change the vanilla tradition trees.
This modifies the:
Discovery,
Domestication,
Domination,
Enmity,
Expansion,
Modularity,
Nanotech,
Virtuality,
Prosperity,
Synchronicity,
And Versatility Trees.

Liangling gave me files for the Expansion tree's agenda, and changed a couple of its effects, so thank you for that.

I also released a patch for Gigastructures buildings, so you can still use the Asteroid Manufactory, Matrioshka Brain, Etc.
