Sanity Genes for VAE - Insanity

Adds 4 genes that add modifiers affecting how much sanity is lost in Vanilla Anomaly Expanded - Insanity

Void Vulnerable causes you to lose 25% more sanity (for example Shard Psylink Neuroformers with VAE - Insanity cause loss of 5% on use. This would be 6.25% with this gene)

Void Weak causes you to lose 50% more sanity (for example Shard Psylink Neuroformers with VAE - Insanity cause loss of 5% on use. This would be 7.5% with this gene)

Void Tolerant causes you to lose 25% less sanity (for example Shard Psylink Neuroformers with VAE - Insanity cause loss of 5% on use. This would be 3.75% with this gene)

Void Resistant causes you to lose 50% less sanity (for example Shard Psylink Neuroformers with VAE - Insanity cause loss of 5% on use. This would be 2.5% with this gene)

Maybe sometime I'll make original icons sometime. I think it is obvious I used DD1 Affliction Halo(I think it is called the Iron Crown right?) and Virtue Halo graphics for the icons. I made this for my own use, but thought to put it up since I've been uploading the mods I've made for myself so far
