EffectiveTarget
(Default: 0)
EffectiveTarget = 0 → Script is always effective.
EffectiveTarget = 1 → Script is effective if your target is a human (not a bot).
EffectiveTarget = 2 → Script is effective if your target is the server host.
EffectiveTarget = 0 → 腳本總是生效
EffectiveTarget = 1 → 腳本只在你的目標為真人(非電腦玩家)時生效
EffectiveTarget = 2 → 腳本只在你的目標為伺服器主機(開房的人)時生效
