Does what it says on the tin!

The weather changes felt very gamey, especially if you have any mods that lengthen the battles. So if you can beat the enemy in less than 18 minutes, you will not experience the effects from forecast weather, but you can experience the incoming weather visually.

Taken a la carte from Old School Battle System.

Time before any transition: 10 min

Time when transition can occur: 10min - 25min

Time to transition and experience weather effects: 8 min

Maximum time to experience weather effects: 33min

@Cyrus: Emperor of Mankind depends, you mean to the environment lighting and stuff? I believe there are tables for that.

Check out my Radious Submod KILLING BLOW to get longer battles. :) Though, I tightened up the mechanic in that mod (I think its 9min, 9min-18min, 5min).
