Ladder fall Damage fix[Any Map Useful]

When you are playing a certain custom map and climbing a long ladder, you or your bot suddenly falls down unexpectedly, losing a lot of health or even a defibrillator.

This script is designed to prevent this situation! There will be no drop damage at any ladder on any custom map!

[Note] This script did not modify any drop damage data, only canceled the drop damage at the ladder
