WTWSMS: Banners

This mod just adds more authentic/better quality banners to the original mod and is to be used as an add-on NOT stand-alone mod.

Not all of the banners are real given the time period and lack of information, most are improvised but are made as period appropriate as possible.

Not all duchies/kingdoms/countries will have a unique banner but I will add more with time. Right now almost all of Africa and Arabia are unique with most of Spain, France, Germany, Italy, and Byzantium having Duchy/Kingdom titles done and some counties.
