Sho Minamimoto from "The world ends with you" can now be played in GMod

bugs:
- using VManip while interacting could make the fingers look broken, I hope this isn't a big deal for some.
- if you don't find the character in playermodel menu, You may need to extract it with 'gmad.exe' and put it in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons".
- Placing NPC either as hotile or ally can make sho go to the T-Pose, I didn't find anyway to fix it.

Other than these the mod should work perfectly normal.
