Glow Sights for Pistols

Description
Adds nightsights to the pistols that glow in the dark.
Simple texture edit to the vanilla skin. Compatible with reanimations.

Version with all weapons here.

Seems it was just the addonimage that conflicted. I've fixed it now. Thanks for letting me know!

It's such a simple change, but the glow sights really help sell the cinematic feel of the weapons. Being able to see the glow sights in a dark area helps ground me to the weapons I'm holding, and just adds a little bit of pizzazz to the experience. Fantastic job.
