Lightning Strike in Hard Rain

Works only on local host and dedicated server
Adds random lightning strikes in hard rain campaign.

There will be random lightning strikes around. Getting caught in its AoE will cause stumbling and receive damage based on the distance from the center(1-15 damage). Stay inside building or under structures to avoid being struck by lightning

From chapter 3 onward, lightning strikes will occur more frequently.
Recommmend to use with Ultra Paricles Effect for better lightning effect

Go to L4D2 game directory > left4dead2 > ems > hrlightning.
inside there will be modsetting txt file. Host can adjust mod setting there. settings are apply in real time even during gameplay.

mod_enable: 1 = enable lightning strikes, 0 = disable lightning strikes.
chapter_x: 1 = allow lightning strikes in that chapter. 0 = disable lightning strikes in that chapter. x = 1,2,3...,5
z_lightning_damage: lightning damage. 5 is minimum
z_lightning_aoe: lightning damage area. 60 is minimum
z_lightning_stumble: 1 = allow lightning strikes to stumble player and si that very close struck point.
z_lightning_frequency: Control the frequency of lightning strikes. Lower = higher frequency. min is 0.01. max is 1.0

Note: even z_lightning_frequency is set to 0.01 but it doesn't make much differenec from 0.1. would suggest set to 0.1 as the lowest
