HD Chell Player Model Textures

The Gmod player model of Chell downscaled the texture compared to the Portal 2 version of Chell's model, presumably for optimization reasons. This is a simple addon that restores the full resolution/HD/whateveryouwanttocallthem textures from Portal 2 and makes them compatible with Gmod's player model features, like custom color support.

Not much else to say here. Most probably haven't notice that the Gmod version of Chell had lower resolution textures and even fewer would care, but this is for those who do.
