Can we get the sorting without the colouring? I find the colours are making it harder to tell what effect goes to what scope as the scope (global, region, area, province) is coloured the same way as some of the effects, while without the mod the scope is golden and the effects white making it easier to understand at a glance. If you want to see this issue in-game, I recommend checking out great projects.

I have tested it and there is no such problem. Maybe you used other mods?

when looking at idea groups, the popup that shows possible policies is very messed up by this mod
