Planet Search

Description
Hunting for a specific planet type? Can't find the ore you need? Want to see a human campsite?
Adds a button to the navigation console that allows you to search nearby galaxies for planets without needing to manually fly to them and inspect each one yourself.

Modded planets, biomes, ores, and dungeons are automatically detected and added to the search menu, but you still need to fly into a fresh area of your universe for them to generate so the search tool can find them.

More Planet Info isn't required but is recommended for better modded content support.

OpenStarbound[github.com] likewise isn't required but is recommended for better modded content support and access to filters not possible with the vanilla engine.

you could create a mod to remove items after death, its working principle is quite simple, but it would give a completely different approach to the game, if all items from the inventory were completely removed after death, it would create a positive circulation of weapons and armor, which would equalize the balance of resources and items in large modpacks

Unfortunately, the mod does not work with the translation of the game to Cyrillic. The search for planets hangs at 0 percent.

Im unsure what i did wrong, but i dont see the search option anywhere in navigation.
Azuli-Bluespots 15 Apr @ 3:52am
I'm trying to look into how to change how an ore shows up on the information the navigation gives/how it's called. Somehow the changes I did won't affect them in the navigation window.

Can there be a setting that makes the planet info viewer (the one at the rightmost pictures) be the default planet viewer?
Randal 30 Oct, 2024 @ 8:01am
the planetary search mod you have created has become an essential mod
as close to 20,000 people have confirmed

i know that you don't really play this anymore so i'm not really expecting you to take on such a task but as you are still active in the comments and have recent updates to your plant search mod
i thought i would ask anyway
don't ask don't get

thanks either way
