Growables that I like, but for which I don't have a lower level building of the same type and size, which means they will never grow by themselves. You can force them to grow by setting a minimum level on a district with Advanced Building Level Control, or plop them manually with Find It or Ploppable RICO. You could also change their level with Ploppable RICO or create lower level clones with Building Themes, if you use that (which I don't anymore).


NOTES:

• The game log will show a "There is no building that would upgrade to" message for every building that cannot grow due to no lower level buildings available. Some vanilla buildings also have that issue, ironically.
  
• A lot of (older) workshop assets use 'Invisible Parking Space' props on top of 'Parking Space' props. That might have been necessarily once, but now causes cars to park on top of each other. Use BOB to hide the 'Invisible Parking Space' props in these buildings. You cannot hide it in all buildings at once though, because in some buildings these are still needed for proper parking.
  
• HDB 600215 will not grow by itself when using the Ploppable RICO mod. Local RICO settings can be used to allow them to grow again.
