[4.0] Compact UI Topbar Expanded

Description
A wider variant of Compact UI Topbar that includes all vanilla strategic resources, astral threads and minor artifacts in the main topbar. Ironman and multiplayer compatible.

Compatible with other UI mods, but this mod will override the topbar of any other mod.

It must be a mod that overwrites the 'NOTIFICATION_MESSAGE_YPOS' value in unchecked_defines.

No, I have disabled almost all UI mods and still have the problem. I can't understand why this happens. Are there other types of mods that may conflict?

Must be another mod that changes the same variable. Uploaded another update, see if it's fixed now.

Submit a bug. This mod will cause various pop-up prompts to shift upward unreasonably (such as diplomatic prompts, etc.). It will be fixed if you turn it off.（Google Translate :( sorry)

The pops icon should be gone now, with envoys moved in its place.

The crisis resources should appear in the "other" dropdown group as soon as you acquire them.
