cs_office now OSHA Certified!

Changes are done due to the OSHA complaints given by Soviet Skipper

REQUIRES COUNTER STRIKE SOURCE

Changelog:

Railings added
Removal of alot of boxes.
Removal of elevators.
Clean up (Papers, graffiti, and more!)
Filing cabinets moved and thrown out.
Vending machine set up right.
Fixed chairs.
Clean up of garage.
Removed dumpsters in garage.
Removed car.
Removed not welded pipe.
Added slip signs.
