Medical Cabinet with Glass Retexture

Description
The base texture is a reworking of Resupply Locker by Funneh and Medical Cabinet with glass by мяFunreal. Includes the handle open animation from мяFunreals mod and I fixed the items floating slightly higher than the shelves.
