Kölsche TTT Tommes [WIP]

Description
Fun edit of [TTT] Thomas The Tank Engine REMAKE by AllDangerInc
Replaced sounds and text with cologne dialect types.

This is still WIP, but usable as far as i could test it with a friend.

Todo:
- more songs (curently 1)

I am kinda new into creating addons, so this project could take some time until completly finished.
