Better Ragdoll Physics for Common Infected

Description
Replaces Valve's garbage ragdoll physics with stylized, handcrafted and very high quality ones, created by me.

Only replaces anim_common.phy and anim_common_female.phy, so it should technically work with any Common Infected replacements as well, albeit these were created specifically for vanilla common infected models.

Very cool addon! Can you answer one question as a creator of skeletons for regdolls? I've always wondered how hard it is to make regdoll as in tlou 1-2, or as in gta 4 (I'm not talking about the reaction to bullet hits, but the regdoll itself in death mode). Roughly speaking, to make a ragdoll that will use most of the joints, like a real person. Flexible shoulders, foot rotation, more advanced neck skeleton and such. Is that so technically difficult to realize?
