If I rememebr well it does touches robot pop manufactory but its related to AI policy and organic zealots being true.
I will look into it. If possible pass me his ethic full list. (His government baaically)
We we're playing a game where one of my buds was the Children of Unit 4 origin, where with specificaly this compatibility patch enabled, his 'manufacturing' of pops stopped.
Building a robot foundry would allow robot being manufactured, but not able to choose his pops.
Tested the 'organic zealots and expanded events patch' aswell, but that doesnt seem to cause the issue.
Wondering if you your files somehow touch pop-manufacturing..?
