Description
A weapon designed simply to increase the speed of players it hits by a velocity of 1000.
This movement increase includes holding alt to slow down and ladders, so you're basically never safe when hit.

It has 2 ammo, and can be bought multiple times.

Designed for inciting as much chaos as accidentally falling off of a platform. Have fun.

An additional note is that the speed 'boost' is additive, so feel free to shoot someone twice, thrice or even four times and send them flying around the map.

You can now use a convar to toggle multiple purchasing of the speedgun
speedgun_multi_purchase (default 1)

Chris From Hell, I will try to add the convars, though I make no promises. Simply because this is my first proper addon and as such I can't guarantee it'll work properly.

Could you possibly make this a one-time purchase or add a convar for it? I have an issue where players will just buy two of these on rooftops maps and I'd rather people only be able to buy it once for variety. Also, if any more convars can be provided, that would be appreciated.

EntaranceJew, I believe I've just resolved this issue. Honestly I thought it was called speedgun.lua instead of shared.lua. We all make mistakes, glad you're finding it neat tho

This is a cool gun but it conflicts with a lot of other addons by having 'lua/weapons/shared.lua' instead of something more specific to your addon, limiting the amount of things that can be installed with it.
