O.M.N.I Cutter [SWEP]

Description
The welder from Vacant industry, fully functional as weapon.
(It even works as side grade on the actual map)

Findable under Weapons Tab-->Other->O.M.N.I Cutter

LeftMouseHold=Weld open door or damage things

Features:
-Auto refils
-Damages things (12 DMG per tick)
-Display displaying fuel (ammo)
-Probably not haunted
-Unlocks doors

The reason (At least in my case) you guys are flying and floating around when equipping it is because of the "Walk on Moving Props!" Mod.

the AI thing spoke when I fixed the reactor, but it didnt talk when I walked into the other rooms
