1 Game Day Frogg Rotation

Description
Decreases the Featured Furniture rotation at Frogg Furnishing from 24 hours to 1 game day (24 minutes).

Compatibility:
Fully compatible with Portable Outpost.

Uses the Patch system, so should work with any other mod that doesn't change
the 'rotationTime' value in 'frogfurnishing.object'.
