Port of the weapon pack and other SWEPs from the Homicide gamemode originally made by Jackarunda.

Has 25 SWEPs for players, and 2 SWEPs for NPCs

All original gun features work the same way as in the original gamemode (aiming blur, ricochets and projectiles)

Jackarunda - Original gamemode and SWEPs code.
Mannytko - Editing entities and SWEPs, various fixes for working in Sandbox.
