Hire your desired leaders, straight from university.

I restored original name and thumbnail, in homage.

Description
Updated version from The Galactic University and Empire University.

This mod allows you to hire leaders of your choice directly from a decisions menu you will find on your capital.
See original mod for full description.

I added in missing traits and cleaned up mainly.
Now displaying the correct trait based on what DLC you play with
(I have not yet reviewed all DLC Traits, let me know if you spot any I miss)

Compatability
Save game safe.
No original files have been changed so should be compatible with almost everything.
If a mod changes leader traits however the description from the menu may be incorrect.

I have added in mindful trait to Explorers if you have the mod Expanded Events enabled.

Localisation currently in English only, but you should be able to use it without as all icons are the same as vanilla.

It works to an extent although not really as intended. A lot of the traits were reworked, some removed many given tiers and a lot have new requirements. This mod needs almost completely redone. Given I am not the original code creator it would take me sometime to either figure out a new way or how to update the existing efficiently.

Currently I have been unavailable to update and not sure I'd have the time to deal with this mod yet.
I would like a working version of this in the future so if no one else attempts it I probably will at some point, just not sure when.

yo so I figured out the mod still overall pretty much works, all you need to do is update traits and that's it

Maybe, possibly but probably not. I'm very novice at this and there has been a lot of changes and a lot! of traits added. I wouldn't even know were to start. I will have a look at some point but you know the jack of all trades leader would be out as it be a display mess.

This mod would require a complete remake. I'll probably post it in the abandoned section on discord see if anyone is willing to take it on first as I doubt I have the current skills.

Would need to be an event based mod that initially lets you select your leaders, then give you a list of desired options for that leader.

Hmmm, how this mod gonna work if other mods gonna allow to hire leaders with bigger started lvl and already having some traits?

Lets say - base leader lvl 5, he got 2 random traits. Bonuses from university (if you buy him) gonna apply after that?
