It does not unfortunately, this just fixes the broken background when normally selecting BYOS

So does this make it so we have the Draconis ship for FU BYOS ships? If so I can't find the option for it in the BYOS section in-game.

I am not aware of another mod that fixes this, much less one that is standalone
