Ultra Wide Screen UI (3440*1440 Only) [DEPRECATED]

Description
Please note that this is a very personal mod that I created for my own use and I am now uploading it to share with others who may find it useful.

What is it?
This is a UI mod similar to 'UI Overhaul Dynamic', but designed specifically for my 3440*1440 screen resolution. I was unable to find a suitable mod for my resolution, even UIOD, because the font was too small in 1x scale and glitches occurred when I set it to 1.1x or more. However, I really enjoy UIOD, so I decided to create my own UI mod by borrowing and modifying code from others.

What it changes and what mod it is based on:
1.Outliner:
I made it more compact without wasting the wide screen space. The entry view is divided into two sizes: 40 pix and 24 pix height. The sector or planet view remains unchanged (actually higher than vanilla), because I enjoy collecting planet marbles. The space station, civilian ship, army, and so on are the "tiny" size, while the mega-shipyard and fleet entry are the "big" size, because I want them to be easily clickable.

I based it on Ellie's Compact UI Topbar and moved the lower-left buttons to the top-right.

No way to fix it. In order to keep up with the version, I have to modify hundreds of parameters. That's crazy. And I drop this game for a while.

i just wanted to play stellaris using virtual desktop at my oculus quest 3, where i can configure 3 "virtual" screens together to simulate a ultra wide screen, each one is 2460 x 1440 soo in total its like 7380 x 1440.

This mod definitely doesn't work with 3.8.
If you know about modding, you can do it yourself.
I'm sorry I have to wait for weeks, or months to go back to my PC.

Firstly: thank you for making this AND sharing -- you're a prince! Secondly: any chance this would still work with 3.8? Stellaris is infinitely better in ultra wide
