-Warm Lighting, to avoid burning the eyes of nightshift

-Water hose for water hose purposes
-Bays can fit a whole Tarknuhn HSS-4 Snow plow with wing, thats pretty good

*note, the larger bays are to accomodate the larger, but still road legal vehicles that often get parked outside due to most current workshops being too small
