Stellaris version 4.0.* - NOT achievement compatible - English (other languages are available below as unofficial submods)

For a more dynamic and realistic Galactic Community.

Mod introduction:
-> This mod offers the player a significantly better Galactic Community experience through vast improvements to AI voting logic (such as more personalized AI weights depending on ethics, civics, origins, etc. or soft cooldowns on sanctions to prevent queue clogging) and also through improvements/additions to the resolutions themselves (such as more balanced resolution modifiers or a wider range of breach conditions for the more extreme resolutions).

-> NGS also revives many of the resolutions added by Nemesis, such as the Custodian and the Imperium ones, enabling AI to make much more significant changes to the Galactic Community (You might see AI become Emperor by themselves from time to time as well and actually pass Imperium resolutions accordingly)

-> In addition to these improvements, this mod doubles the amount of resolutions available to the player, enabling policy enforcement pathways for Authoritarians, Xenophobes, Xenophiles, Megacorps (including criminal ones), and even Gestalts, where previously only Egalitarians, Materialists and Spiritualists had resolution trees tailored for them.

-> And as a final bonus, all vanilla resolutions (including those added by this mod) now have a level 6 resolution for even more extremism so that you can impose your will upon the galaxy more efficiently.


Summary of features:
New resolutions: 6 new Authoritarian resolutions, 6 new Xenophobe resolutions, 6 new Xenophile resolutions, 6 new Gestalt resolutions, one crystalline protection resolution, 6 new crime resolutions, 6 new corporate crime resolutions, 6 new exploration resolutions, 6 new healthcare resolutions, level 6 resolutions for all regular vanilla categories (with the exception of the Defense Privatization and Suzerains categories), level 4 sanctions, galactic population controls resolution (extreme measure to reduce endgame lag, AI will never propose it);

Reworked Galactic Community: Complete overhaul of most vanilla resolutions for AI weights (AI will vote smarter) and ethic attraction to ethic-based resolutions (such as the greater good ones and the new authoritarian ones). Certain authorities are now banned for the high level authoritarian and egalitarian resolutions and diplomatic weight will be increased/decreased for high-level resolutions - high-level authoritarian resolutions will decrease diplomatic weight for egalitarians and increase it for authoritarians. (I have scripted breach fixes that AI can also use, and combined with the ethics attraction whatever side dominates in diplo weight should be able to change the whole galaxy to adopt their ideologies over time). The senate timer has also been significantly sped up to compensate for the number of resolutions. (360 days for voting, 180 days for recess)

NOTE: It is recommended to have UI Overhaul Dynamic installed alongside as it makes the windows bigger and longer text fit inside the blocks.

Compatibility
- Stellaris Evolved: Major Incompatibility - This should be obvious. SE modifies far too many aspects of the game for passive compatibility with NGS, and most other mods;

- Expanded Espionage and Diplomacy: Major Incompatibility - Requires the NGS + EED Compatibility Patch;

- Dawn of the Republic: Medium Incompatibility - Check load order. The nemesis resolution overwrites that NGS does are in direct conflict with those from Dawn of the Republic. NGS must be put below DotR so that my mod can load after it to correctly overwrite files. Not doing so can result in missing/broken resolution categories if the two mods loaded together;

- Ethics and Civics: Classic/Bug Branch: Medium Incompatibility - A variant of NGS fully compatible with Bug Branch is available: NGS: Ethics and Civics Variant

- More Emperor and Custodian Resolutions: Minor/Medium Incompatibility - The developer of MECR has said that their mod has passive compatibility built-in for NGS, however some users have encountered some issues using the two together - Caution is advised;

- Superstates: Minor Incompatibility - A few Custodian resolutions conflict with those from this mod, however you shouldn't encounter any issues;

NOTE: If you encounter a crash while hovering over the Galactic Community icon - it's a mod conflict caused by overwrites from other mods, it's not an issue with NGS.

Unfortunately, NGS is only available for the latest Stellaris version. I plan to change that in the future, but for now it's gonna be like this.

Whatever it is, NGS does not modify anything that could do this. It's likely a problem with your save file.

I did and besides UI Overhaul I don't use any other mods. What I did:

Had a save from before the mod. Quite endgame, galactic emperor. No cosmo.
Loaded the mod, suddenly I could choose all of the FE Techs. Perhaps a problem with the savegame? Perhaps it considers me cosmegenesis or something?

The mod gives me tech for Fallen Empire buildings. I am confused. Why? And where does it come from? Is it a bug? Or are they added by some resolutions?
