Correct Campaign Order (as Time Goes)

Alternate Version Which Fixes the Vanilla Order to Correct Order.
Note : Before selecting campaign , Dead Center is still auto selected by default.

The Last Stand campaign is next after the Death Toll in the list, Because it's an alternate choice to play instead of Death Toll since it was part of Death Toll originally before it got removed, in original that it was never released you could choose your path to go for the rescue, by going to the docks as the final and current version of Death Toll's rescue chapter to contact the rescue boat using the radio or the other way was by going to the lighthouse, which is now a separate campaign as The Last Stand, by using the lighthouse's light to signal the boat there to come to rescue you, so The Last Stand is half canon in all matter. (The Last Stand's Chapter 2 is a survival campaign available in the the original Left 4 Dead)
back in September of 2020, the TLS community team released it along with their massive update and turned the survival campaign into an actual campaign, by modifying and adding a first customized chapter alongside with second chapter which is the original part.

to mention that the rescue boat would leave you on the Dead Air's docks, yes you read that right, docks, which was also removed from the Dead Air's first chapter for shortening the first chapter because it would be long as the start chapter for a 5 chapter campaign or for the Versus Mode (the mentioned reason about it is just a guess, not announced officially) and that might be the reason that it starts from the greenhouse.

Cold Stream is not story canon, so it fits more as a custom campaign, and it'll be at the end of the list.
