Updated descriptor file for 3.8.x, if there are any issues let me know.

Compatibility patch for No Ethics Spawn Bias and Ethics & Civics: Bug Branch. Requires only ECBB, this compatibility patch must be loaded *after* ECBB.

If there was an update to BB then I'll have to update the mod, I haven't changed anything since the last hotfix I did

May I know why you changed some values on ethics? BB ethic bonuses have been changed.

There appears to be a bug with gestalt consciousness, it goes from costing 1 to 5 so you can't get the additional ethics
