Edited Version of MW19 Scar H

- Changed grip
- Changed bullet color (black to yellow)
- Changed melee animation to this
- Tweaked some animations
- Added HUD icon
- Fixed world model so now we can see charging handle move and mag detached

@Last of the Order Newer version has different attachments (Bigger mag, different laser/light, different muzzle device)
