Proper 4K UI Project

Something I've been working on after finding no satisfiable (to me) solution to playing EU4 on a 4K monitor. Includes elements (all UI related) from various different mods that I enjoyed playing with.

The purpose of this mod is to eliminate the blurred interface elements and poor legibility that the game's scaling option and all existing methods (scale_ui, windows "hacks") introduce when scaling the game for playing at high resolutions.

• Upscaled - rather than being scaled-up - GFX assets in order to get rid of the blur EU4's built-in scaler and the Scale_UI mod introduce when scaling the game

• Replacement of the original font with Century Gothic, otherwise known as the wonderful Stellaris Font 🤩
  
  
• Compatible with most map mods

- 3.5GB file size. Sorry. 😔

- A scaled minimap, files to change the banners for shields, and a different font style can all be found in separate .zip archives inside of the mod's folder (.../Steam/steamapps/common/workshop/ 236850/2863086388)

- Any mod that adds to, replaces, or somehow changes GFX/.gui files (Aside from, say, flags packs and most map mods) will likely be incompatible as they need to be scaled, too. However, apart from total conversion mods, this is thankfully a relatively simple process, so feel free to request any mods you want scaled and I'll try my best (99% of them should work with no issues, as long as they don't conflict with any other mod(s) you have installed!), though I recommend trying them out first as it might not need anything done to it to begin with

- Will need to be updated alongside any of the game's updates. If It's a large update then this will usually be performed during the weekends unless I find the time to do so before then, but feel free to notify me if any updates were introduced to the game that ended up breaking the mod as I sometimes take breaks from EU4 and may not have noticed

- Should be used with the game's scaling option set to 1.0
