Adds a single block for terrans to use, the guidance computer

This block is more or less an AI module, a command block lacking a feature to allow it to rebuild(mulcoren't). The use is intended as a braindead auto attacking disposable drone deployed via decouplers, making them actually useful. This can be used for anything from disposable sentries to modular drones or even a generator block missile if youre so brave.

Basically by adding a single block i made modular drones a thing on terrans.

NOTE: i have been told that "Opposite of Farmer; Pirates" by z0mbiesrock and "Coral" by Arheo are incompatible with this mod by a few, and i dont know why that would be but yea, look out for bugs or crashes with those two
