(UPDATED) Kobold+, improved smolkobold mod

This mod is my attempt to flesh out the smolkobold mod and provide it with a little more, using skittle's race creator and cobbling together that along with some other stuff, comes with fully tiered armor and the starting clothes.

Journey out into the stars as everyone's favorite cave dwelling stabby lizards, brought into the realm of scifi as thieves and mechanics! Kobolds have some stark advantages the other races surely envy, such as a smaller height, cheaper crafting costs on armor, and access to a kobold warlord, more than willing to impart some gear onto the scaley patrons of his shop.

WasabiRaptor for making the smolavali mod, which was later turned into the smolkobold mod.
Rollerman109 for making the smol kobold mod, which I basically just brushed up with softer colors and more substance.
Skittle's Advanced Race template, without their work I would not have been able to add nearly as much content as I did to this pack.

Sorry in advance for any bugs, I tried to fix them all, also I intended to add BYOS functionality but it didn't work for some reason, I'll try again some other time, for now I wanna get this off the ground.


EDIT: Shouldn't conflict with avali anymore, and all the missing items are now in the kobold merchant's store.
