Tripartite Plaza

Description
The Tripartite Plaza is a high density highrise commercial building that employs 480 workers. It conveniently fits in a 4x4 tile space.

This building is compatible with plopple rico. If plopable rico is not installed it will function as a generic Unique Building.

Main tris: 2,050
Main textures: 1k Diffuse, Specular, Illumination, and Normal.

LOD tris: 117
LOD textures: 1k Diffuse, Specular, Illumination, and Normal.

Area Resolution: 1 pixel per inch

Dimensions: 99', 108', 612' (30.2m, 32.9m, 187m)

This asset uses the old workflow. It was meant to be released a long time ago with Medium Commercial 1 but I forgot about it.
