A minor patch for compatibility with New Ship Components 2 (NSC2)!

Recommended load order is as follows:

· NSC2
· Colored Galaxy Icons
· Colored Galaxy Icons NSC2

Compatible with the Gigastructural Engineering patch!

* Uses the assets from Starbase Extended x Better Icon Overview Patch! NSC2 probably merged Starbase Extended's features. The additional starbase icons are purple!
