Diplomacy - Warmonger Debuff

I'm not sure whether or not this is working as of latest patch, and cannot seem to replicate the issue. I do not recommend using this mod until I have found and fixed the issue.

I'm going to completely rebuild the mod, to see if that fixes the issue.

Makes all civilizations less likely to consider you a warmonger by 60%. There is a lot of complicated math(s, for you Brits) behind the warmonger system, but basically, after you accumulate 20 warmonger points, you are considered a minor threat, at 50 a major threat, at 100 a severe one, and at 200 a critical threat. This mod increases those numbers by 60%.

Should be compatible with everything. If there seem to be any issues, tell me in the incompatibilites thread.

Another great mod is Less Warmonger Hate by Ninakoru, and his is, in my opinion, a more elegant approach to making warmongering more viable.

I'll explain the difference between our with an analogy to pain: Let's say you know you're going to get hurt, and you want to reduce the pain as much as possible, so there's two paths you could take.
You could do what Ninakoru did, and that's reduce how much everything hurts by lowering the intensity of the signals.
Or you could do what I did, and simply increase your pain tolerance. Make everything seem like it hurts less.

You could actually use both our mods together without incompatibilities, but I personally wouldn't, as that would be way overpowered. Feel free to do so though.
