Ironman & Achievement Compatible

Description
Merger of some of the most popular flag and emblem mods a long with my own. This almost no additional compression applied by myself.
Without the compression it results in much larger file size but the quality of the emblems and flags are also better.

Almost all the content here belongs to the below mods, if anyone request their files be removed, they will be promptly.

Changes include
- Removed unused assets or duplicates.
- Merging of folders.
- Merged multiple mod categories into fewer.
- Added access to the hidden emblems i.e., curator, primitive, swarm etc.
- Expanded Localisation.

Recommended
UI Overhaul Dynamic for loads of reasons main being here much larger window for flag design.
UI Overhaul Dynamic + Complete Colours more design choices for flag design.

Compatibility
- Compatible with most other mod that adds additional emblems and or flags.
- GUI edit to add back scrollbar on symbols menu, if you’re using a mod that already does this, like UI Overhaul Dynamic, place this mod above it.

- Mods that change species creation menus are incompatible.
- Use UI Overhaul and patches for best results.
- UI Overhaul Dynamic has an array of compatibility patches for popular mods.
- UI Overhaul Dynamic - Compatibility Patches.
- Additional patches can often be found linked to mods in relation to UI Overhaul Dynamic.

Load Order
- Flags, Emblems n Crests Merged
- Any Mod that adds to or changes the species creations windows

I'd just go the sane route and require UIOD, dump the interface file, and be done with it

I might remove the interface file altogether... especially if they keep changing it.
All I’m doing is adding a single line (verticalScrollBar = "right_vertical_slider"), and it’s becoming a bit of a pain. Wish they’d just include it already.

Pros:

I wouldn’t have to update it anymore, and you wouldn’t have to wait on me to do so.

Anyone using other mods that affect the interface (like expanded ethics, governments, or UI mods) wouldn’t have to worry about load order conflicts. Those mods tend to have their own edits that include the required interface changes.

Cons:

For those not using any of the above mods, it would mean relying on something else to fix the interface... a few options already exist.

I have a playlist of mods I could always use when doing Ironman for achievements and could always count on after every update, this was one of those mods, but it sadly crashes my game on startup now
