oranger barrel fire

Description
changes the lightColor of the prison barrel fire object to be slightly more orange
its the same color as the campfire now

while testing an Actual mod i noticed the barrel fire under the outpost was too white and that looked like sh​it so i changed it

that is all. this took like 19 seconds
