Built on a private island that has been expanded from the seafloor, Villa Dergo features its own private beach with connected saunas and bar. A rooftop terrace for watching the sunset. Several areas for relaxation and entertainment including a basketball court and a fully equipped music bar. The condo is built on the Smooth Dirt map, and built entirely out of vanilla canvas blocks and items with the exception of a couple textures that are used for the info board.

Designed to be usable for even large gatherings (though I can make no guarantees on performance, it is a large condo after all)

In addition to this it does come fully equipped with lighting, and is thus functional at any time of day or in any weather.
