Realistic matchlock MK II(honnkaku_hinawa_MK_II)

Description

Improved from the previous version. Improved the rationale for the effect of class growth on reload speed, and fixed the range to 125 meters.
This mod is not compatible with range mods, if you want to use range mods, the MK I version mod will be a better choice.

缩短了装填速度。目前除了缩短装填速度以外没有有效的优化三段击的办法。我的所有火枪优化模组均为如此，但在本格射程改2模组中我特地优化了三段机的装填速度buff使其在三段击状态下装填能够更快一点。

@BS I had tried 200 range but it works not good at all. CA maintained the same accuracy at any distance so I had to give up that 200 range.
