I fixed the thing, I was not getting the achievements for all key pages/ combat pages, I just got rid of the game on my Drive and then downloaded it once more, fixed it, sorry for wasting time

Yes, Ruina wasn't updated since. If you're having issues, try also installing Harmony Load Order Fix.

I didn't mean some specific mods, just any kind of mod that uses DLLs but does not add/alter game content (so the game is practically in the same state for the sake of unlocking achievements and they shouldn't be locked out, even if the game can't actually tell such mods apart by itself), such as Better Filters, Yesod Optimization, or third-party localization mods.
Not that this mod would stop working if you used it with mods that actually add/alter content - that's just its original purpose, since it was originally made when people running MoonLight's Russian localization mod noticed they weren't getting any achievements. It's just on yourself to decide whether you find using it to be honest.
