Ever since many, many years ago, the people of the Spomen District of Sofia, Bulgaria have been using natural gas, oil and wood as their main energy generator. With the years this created unimaginably high pollution levels, ranking it at Top 10 in the world in pollution. It grew not only as an environmental problem, but as a financial problem as well…

The government has had enough of it! They had created a contract with the world famous Cedar Creek Nuclear Facilities Inc. to resolve the issue. As winners of the the award for the safest power plant ever, they created a brand new, much more energy efficient way to produce energy. That was the brand new Cedar Creek Mini branch, the first of possibly many to follow.

The funding for the project however had to come from somewhere. And that was the taxes. The Terrorists, living cheaply off very not energy efficient sources, wanted to return to their cheap, although polluting ways of living. They decided that on that certain day, they will be done with the plant once and for all.

They need to either blow up the facility or the freshly dugout water pipes, by a small construction worksite, that supply the water to cool the reactor of the miniature plant.

The Counter-Terrorists had been called out to stop the terrorists from their even schemes.
