DE_Aspire [WIP]

Description
Formerly known as Incinerator. Now it's called Aspire as it aspires to become as cool a map as Spire is but also Aspire because the terrorists aspire to find and destroy the incinerator one day.

Their aspiration fills the CTs with determination.
